Join ECOT for Kirkin O’the Tartans Worship at the Vail Interfaith Chapel Please join us this Sunday in Vail to celebrate an ancient family tradition called “Kirkin O’ the Tartan,” one of many celebrations marking the love of family. Yes, it certainly looks and sounds quite Scottish, but honestly this Sunday is about each and every one of our families and those we love! So please come and bring some symbol, sign or beloved family item to place upon the altar for blessing. Scarves, plaids, Scandinavian sweaters, pictures of parents…just about anything small enough to sit or hang is welcome! We will have a bagpiper, shortbread and hot tea to celebrate the day, but feel free to bring some famous family nosh to share at coffee hour!
