Happy Palm Sunday dearest Transfiguration! Today we begin our 7 day journey of watching Jesus live, dine, pray, suffer, die and be resurrected. My poet laureate author, priest and spiritual guide Malcolm Guite believes this saving drama plays out not only in geographical space in Jerusalem and Galilee but also interiorly, in the Jerusalem and Galilee of our hearts. An intriguing concept. If true, and Guite has been nothing but searingly truthful for me, then there is a place inside my heart ready to welcome Jesus with enthusiastic shouts of unrestrained joy!
